2. Requested MEO's sir/madam allot morning/afternoon schools CAC's wise and Pratham will be given that schools file and fill after send to back 31.10.2018.

NOTE: fill only yellow colors don't edit any thinng.

3.CAC's start the monitoring and please follow up baseline data and collect 02.10.2018 and 03.11.2018 and online data enter 04.11.2018 and 05.11.2018.

The online data entry portal and Mandal user ID's and Passwords PRATHAM will be given.

4.Please find the file in CAC's Code's and TaRL school coeds.
